Psalm 119:65-72, Suffering is God's blessed gift! Go forward through suffering.

65-72
65.Do good to your servant according to your word, O LORD.
66.Teach me knowledge and good judgment, for I believe in your commands.
67.Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word.
68.You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees.
69.Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep your precepts with all my heart.
70.Their hearts are callous and unfeeling, but I delight in your law.
71.It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.
72.The law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.

 Why is suffering a blessed gift of God?

1. Suffering is a school of learning a good God (65, 68).
 Verses 65, 68,

 Acts 16, Paul's suffering made us learn a good God. Guardian Family Salvation (34)
 * A testimony of the whole family believing in Jesus during hardship.

2, Suffering is a training school for maturity (69, 70).

 In verses 69 and 70, we learned the joy of the Word from humility and a fat heart through pride.
 * The lesson of the tree rings (summer and winter)
 * Mature of Joseph, Job 23:10. Train maturity while watching the Lord's suffering.

3. Suffering is a great work (71).

 Verse 71, It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.

 The greatest suffering, the salvation of mankind, was accomplished through the crucifixion of Jesus.
