12:1-8, Mt. 26:13, A Church feasting for Jesus.

  Korean actress Yoon Yeo-jung, 74, received the Academy's supporting woman actress Award for film <Minari>; it became a feasting atmosphere; the church is like a feasting house (John 2). There is many delicious food, precious guests, joy and delight. How can a church feasting for Jesus (verse 2) truly achieve this?

1. There was Mary's devotion(worship) to thank Jesus (Word, Resurrection of Lazarus).
  What is the impressive scene of verse 3, “Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard(0.5 l), an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.” It is Mary's devotion. She poured an expensive perfume on Jesus' feet, and wiped them with her precious hair. The whole house was full of the smell of perfume (2). *The fragrance of flowers in the Butchart Garden.
It's such a beautiful and precious scene. Why did you make this commitment ? Because she received many graces from Jesus. She was richly graced by His Words (Luke 10:39). Her brother Nazarus raised from the dead. How about us ? We received a lot of grace, too. Let us all not be discouraged or give up, but to worship to Jesus with gratitude and devotion (Gal. 6:9).

2. It is a feast for Jesus (2).
  The main character was Jesus. It was a feast (worship) to prepare for Jesus' funeral (7). The jar of the perfume is a symbol of Jesus’ body. Jesus broke his body on the cross. In preparation for His death, she broke it and poured it. The smell of perfume means His miracles, love, resurrection, and life. It is the fragrance of salvation also. It is only a fragrance for the glory of the Lord (Rom. 14:8). 

3. It is a feast for us (1,2,8).
  It is celebrated for a long time (Mt.26:13). et us all worship Jesus with our treasure and devote to Him with gratitude. The Lord has given us an unlimited grace and will make us a festive church, a life full of joy. We praise the Lord for the blessed feast, the church where Lwater becomes wine. Amen.
