Rom. 8:18-28, Deep impression in three groans (God of Good)

18-28,
18.I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19.The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. 20. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope
21.that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23.  Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?
25.  But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
26.  In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. 27. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will. 28. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

It is full of three groans in the universe (18-28).
1. All creatures are groaning (18-22).
All creatures in the world suffer from curses after the fall of Adam, the representative of them (21-22). Genesis 3:17-19, The earth and nature are cursed. When the Lord conquers Satan, He will save the creation from his bondage. Then they will enjoy glorious freedom with us. They hopes and waits for Jesus' Second Coming and are groaning.

2. The Saints are groaning (23-25)
The Saints who believe in Jesus are also groaning inwardly. They wait for the redemption of the body (whole humanly salvation) (23). We have been saved in this hope, but we are not yet finished. We should wait for the hope to come true (25). We now have hardships, temptations, poverty, sickness, death, fear, anxiety, and worries. But we win in hope.

3. The Holy Spirit is groaning (26-27).
The Holy Spirit, who is in the Saints who believe in Jesus, also groans. He helps us with our weaknesses. He prays for us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. His groaning means that he 'grabs his stomach and groans like a twisted gut.' The Holy Spirit prays for our Saints in God's will.

4. God works for the good in all things (28,30)
In these three groanings, God always works for the good in all things. Verse 28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." God’s good is to complish His salvation. We are grateful to confess that all things have worked together to do good, even if they don't make sense now.
Example) It was so painful to lose 413 songs, The hymn lyricist, Horace Spafford lost his property because of great fire in Chicago and his three loving  three children. But he was able to believe and testify of the good God. He overcame his tribulations and lived with loving his neighbors.

Saints, we live with groaning with all creatures. The Holy Spirit is also groaning, helping us and praying for us. God sent His only begotten Son and loves us. Believe in God who works all things together and does good, and live in triumph in all circumstances.
Prayers/ Loving God, thank you for knowing us and calling us as children. Thank you for sending Jesus to us, letting Him die for us on the cross. Thank you for sanctifying us like the Lord. But because of Adam's sin, all creature are groaning and the Saints are. But we believe that by His being in us we are getting holy more more. we believe Jesus is the Almighty God who helps us in our afflictions, adversities, and darkness. We praise the Lord for believing that by that day all things will work together to complete the salvation of the true good. Amen.
